How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £50, with a flat £5 fee for smaller orders. Weekend or timed deliveries may cost slightly more. You will see every charge before you pay, and there are no hidden extras.
Picking a delivery slot
You can choose a morning or afternoon slot when you order, depending on availability. If you have a special request, such as delivery before a shop or studio opens, let us know and we will do our best to help.
Is a message card included?
Yes, every order comes with a free message card. Add your message at checkout and we will include it with the flowers. It is a simple way to make your gift feel more personal.
What if the recipient is out?
If nobody answers, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour or at a reception desk, and we will tell you where they are. You can add a preferred safe place to your delivery notes.
